I have owned this product for quite some time. The only caveat is that it states for best results to hand wash and to use top rack if washed in dishwasher. They are a great conversation piece but even more so great for mixing and serving salads. I purchased two more sets to give as gifts to people who have admired my set. I would not recommend using a dishwasher at all, it causes the lucite to form hairline cracks. The delivery of the product was prompt and I received exactly what I was expecting.

In my opinion, they are not for an elegant table setting (a bit overwhelming). really big and transparent. My first impression was these salad hands have a very unique looking. but I like to use them for casual settings and preparations. They work good, grabbing lots of stuff at once. I usually hand-wash them and I found it easy so far. Last thing. they arrived in a good condition as described, in a secured package.
